SKAL 5K PROMATHON

  Skål International Galway organises Charity 5K Promathon

in aid of NBCRI

On Sunday 5th April 2009, The Galway Branch of Skål International tourism organisation held a charity 5K Promathon to raise money for National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI). This was a new addition to the Annual Events Calendar. There are currently over 100 active members in the Galway Skål club representing members of the local tourism and hospitality industry, it is over 40 years in existence, and the club has gone from strength to strength. The event raisied €2250.00 in aid of NBCRI.
