GARDEN ROOM IN INIS AOIBHINN RESIDENCE

Cancer Care West officially launched the Garden Room in Inis Aoibhinn Residence and Cancer Support Centre on Friday 7 Th September 2007.

Cancer Care West gratefullyacknowledged the support of the National Breast Cancer Institute who donated €100,000 towards the Garden Room, one of the beautiful reception rooms at Inis Aoibhinn. 

 

Speaking at the launch John Mc Namara Director of Cancer Care West acknowledged that it was wonderful to see two cancer charities in the West of Ireland working together to provide services for cancer patients and praised the work of NBCRI in conducting cancer research and raising awareness of breast cancer.  The launch was well attended by the NBCRI Committee including Anna O Coinne Chairperson of NBCRI and Cancer Care West Directors and staff.
