Again in 2009, the golf ladies of Ireland came out in their hundreds to support NBCRI. From the very North of Ireland, from Donegal to Cork and Kerry, South, East and West, the response was tremendous. Last year, the weather was very inclement so many of the golfing events had to be cancelled. Nevertheless, many of you got out there and played. Hopefully, we will get better weather in 2010. Lancome continues to sponsor us by providing us with excellent prizes. We invite all the lady golfers of Ireland to participate in these events and to raise money for breast cancer research. So many families are touched by breast cancer. We all know somebody who has breast cancer but the prognosis now is excellent with many newmedications and a multidisciplinary approach. We would like to thank the lady golfers of Ireland for supporting our research team and we hope you have a great golfing year in 2010. Many many thanks again for your support and generosity.
